Data Analyst
About the role
Transforms platform operational data into actionable insights: cohort analysis, delinquency prediction models, and performance dashboards for the team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines for customer behavior analysis.
- Develop delinquency prediction and credit approval models.
- Design performance dashboards for the executive team and operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities through cohort analysis in origination and collections.
Requirements
- Provable experience with Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or R.
- Advanced SQL; experience with BigQuery or PostgreSQL valued.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI).
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related.
