Guatemala Operations Supervisor
About the role
Leads the local team in Guatemala, overseeing the disbursement process, customer service, and compliance with operational metrics in the Central American market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local operational team in Guatemala City (5-10 people).
- Oversee the credit disbursement process and customer service at point of sale.
- Ensure compliance with operational metrics: response time, approval rate, and NPS.
- Report KPIs to the central team in the Dominican Republic and propose improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations or team management in the financial or retail sector.
- Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred for communication with central team.
- Based in Guatemala City or willing to relocate.
